Toxicological assessment of drilling wastewater treatment quality

Purpose. To determine the optimal combination and consumption of coagulants flocculants in treatment drilling wastewater, followed by determination acute lethal toxicity obtained illuminated liquid phase. Methods. Primary clarification phase waste was carried out method chemical coagulation using organic "Magnafloc" "ECOFLOC" as a coagulant. In case insufficient degree purification wastewater method, an additional with Zetag 8180 cellulose gum used. After cleaning process, toxicological analysis biotesting to water on crustacean Ceriodaphnia affinis Lilljeborg. Results. process experimental research, number experiments were conducted flocculant for water. First, combinations «Magnafloc» coagulant tested. The studies showed that most effective occurs during primary additionally concentrations 1.2 g/dm3 1 kg/m3, respectively. When these reagents above-mentioned concentrations, 2nd level determined purified (water is slightly toxic). following order identify «ECOFLOC» gum. According results it established - 1.3 (the Conclusions. general, should be noted such requires more thorough possible discharge bodies, its use only repeated technological processes drilling. must used screening highly toxic environmentally hazardous chemicals controlling various categories at all stages their formation discharges into bodies integral indicator quality control.
